How do I place an order?
Send your inquiry to us via email/fax/post. The contact details can be availed off on the ‘Contact Us’ page. You can also fill up the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page with all your queries and comments and we shall get in touch with you. Simultaneously, you can also call us, if you like.

On receiving your inquiry, we will send you our confirmation detailing the product with price and delivery schedule. Upon approval we can send the sample for your scrutiny before shipment. We can also let a third party/company do the preshipment testing.

How do I obtain a quote?
Price factor depends on number of things. For obtaining the quote, you will have to let us know the following:
  • Which chemical are you interested in?
  • What is the quantity required?
  • Your packing specifications, if any
  • If you are interested in an annual contract or not
What is the minimum order quantity?
With our regular clients, we are always flexible with minimum quantity. However, for new clients, minimum quantity would be dependent on confirmation by us.
Do I have to order in the same packing?
No. As mentioned above, you can order in various packing. We can also pack the goods in packaging supplied by you or as per your specifications.
Are all products readily available?
Most of the products are available. But since we deal in vast varieties of chemicals, some of our products may not be readily available.
How much would pre-order sampling cost me?
The post production sampling (if required) is handled by an independent sampling/testing/bonding agency of the customer's choice. All these charges are additional.
What is the mode of payment?
Currently we accept checks, money orders, wire transfer or confirmed irrevocable letter of credit (conditions apply).
What are the delivery and shipment procedures?
We deliver by air, sea, post, international parcel or courier, your choice.
I am interested in your products but I am not from India. Do you supply overseas?
Yes. In fact, more than 85% of our production is exported. We also undertake contract manufacturing for several Multinationals.
What is the preferred currency for transactions?
We prefer to quote in US$. However, we can also offer a quote in Euros, Deutsche Mark, Yen, GB Pounds on request (conditions apply).

What are the bank and your account details for remitting funds via wire transfer?
You can transfer funds via wire transfer/swift or banker's draft at the same bank and account details as mentioned above.

What is a masterbatch?
Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape.
What do you mean by extrusion?
Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed or drawn through a die of the desired cross-section in order to get the desired shape.
What does LD50 value mean?
LD stands for "Lethal Dose". LD50 is the amount of a material, given all at once, which causes the death of 50% (one half) of a group of test animals. Thus lower the LD50 value, higher the toxicity of a compound.
What does LC50 value mean?
It is the standard measure of the toxicity of the surrounding medium that will kill half the sample population of a specific test-animal in a specified period through exposure via inhalation.
If I add Termirepel™® and Rodrepel™® will they leach out?
No they are designed to be inert within the polymer matrix while executing their primary function of keeping away the target species. So they won't leach out.
Can Termirepel™® and Rodrepel™® be used for pipes carrying drinking water?
Yes, they can be used for pipes carrying drinking water. They do not affect the quality of drinking water nor does they render it toxic.
