Since 1995, when the state of Oregon required that denatonium benzoate be added to antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid, the compound has been increasingly found in these substances throughout the world. Its ability to be tasted at extremely low levels allows an aerosol of diluted denatonium to provide the proper fitting for gas masks and other respiratory protective apparatus.

Denatonium treatment discourages swallowing substantial amounts of noxious material which may lead to detrimental consequences, but cannot prevent the problems incurred from the ingestion of the smaller quantities.

Considering the easy handling of the bitterest substance, we also offer denatonium benzoate solution in ethanol thus reducing the handling cost also. We even offer denatonium benzoate solution in absolute alcohol diluted as per the customers requirement either in barrels or ISO containers.
